Due to the recent reverse merger of Cardo Medical and ClicknSettle.com, the publicly available CDOM financials detailed below require a brief explanation.

Cardo Medical's reverse merger was completed on August 29, 2008.  Therefore, all financials publicly available prior to that date are purely a representation of ClicknSettle.com's operations, and not of Cardo Medical's.  Cardo Medical is a fully reporting Bulletin Board (OTCBB: CDOM) and as such, as financials are reported, they will become available throughout the public domain. 

Since creating transparency between Cardo Medical and its shareholders is important to us and provides a better understanding of our operations and financial position, the past 2 years of audited financials  have been posted within the 8K filed on September 9, 2008 which is available within the SEC Filings section. Information can be found within the Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations of Cardo section beginning on page 53, Item 2 (Financial Information section) of the Word document.  Over the last 2 years since its inception, Cardo Medical functioned primarily as a Research and Development operation, and since then has been expanded to a complete operation, including Sales, Marketing, and Administrative functions.
